Reba began with the all-American Hart family coping with divorce.  Texas soccer mom Reba watched her perfect life collapse. Her dentist husband, Brock, left her after 20 years of marriage for his very perky and also pregnant dental hygienist, Barbra Jean.  Reba’s strength was tested yet again with the pregnancy of her, then-17-year-old daughter, Cheyenne, and Cheyennes decision to marry her boyfriend, high school football star, Van. This transition period proved difficult for Reba’s second daughter Kyra, who moved in with Brock and Barbra Jean.
