Lonestar is getting ready to release the band's first studio album in four years this spring. Party Heard Round The World will hit the streets on April 27 from Saguaro Road Records.
"We feel that this album is a complete reflection of the group, circa 2010," says guitarist Michael Britt. "It's personal and powerful music that reflects the core values of Lonestar through lyrics, performance and production."
The group wrote 8 songs on the 10-song disc, which is also the band's tenth album. The number 10 is a running theme with Lonestar, as they've sold over 10 million albums since they're debut in 1995 and have also taken 10 songs to #1 on the charts.
Party Heard Round The World. is also their first album release with lead vocalist Cody Collins, who replaced Richie McDonald in 2007 when he left the group for a solo career.
Lonestar will hit the road in support of the new disc with dates to announced within the next few weeks.
