Since releasing their debut, Real Thing, in 2008, The Higgins have made an impressive mark on the Canadian country music scene. Nominated for Roots Artist of the Year and Group or Duo of the Year at the 2009 Canadian Country Music Awards, and winning six BCCMA (British Columbia Country Music Awards) in 2008 and three more in 2009, The Higgins have quickly become one of British Columbia’s most successful country artists.
